Ken Kubiesa has collected over $1.66 million on executory contracts, administrative and unsecured claims on behalf of two (2) German national clients, Bolz GmbH and Hell Gravure Systems GmbH & Co. in the Quebecor World Chapter 11 bankruptcy case pending in the New York Bankruptcy Court and continues to represent these companies in advisory cases brought by the trustee to recover alleged preferential transfers.  Quebecor World is the second largest printing company in the world, who recently filed a Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  Currently, the Reorganization Plan for Quebecor World is before the creditors for approval, and the likelihood is that it will be approved, and that Quebecor will emerge from Chapter 11 sometime later this year or early 2010. 

Ken Kubiesa and Ryan Maney represent ARC Waste Services (a division of Republic Services of Ft. Lauderdale Florida) in defense of its drivers and trucks against overweight and other types of ordinance violations issued by cities and villages throughout the six county Chicago metro area.  Kubiesa Associates, P.C. have successfully defended over 100 of those citations within the last two years.
