A successful 2011 continues into 2012.
Kubiesa Law Firm, P.C. continues its 30 year track record of success in 2011 and into 2012. For its clients, including W-T Engineering, Inc. (a 100+ employee civil engineering firm based in Hoffman Estates), K. Walter Service Corporation (a South Carolina subsidiary of a German printing press manufacturer) and ARC Disposal & Recycling Co. (now a part of Allied Waste, the largest waste hauler in Chicagoland), the firm's representation in litigation and otherwise resulted in substantial money savings or awards in 2011. Into 2012 the firm continues to represent Hinsdale Bank and its parent Wintrust Financial Corporation and protecting its security for in excess of $500,000 of debt of clients in reorganization in the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ken has represented the Westmont Park District corporately for 25 years and is now assisting in a project including litigation to protect and enhance the value of the District’s real estate. A new client in late in 2011 and into 2012 is Republic Services, Inc., the Florida based NYSE listed waste management company, which is negotiating an annexation agreement, with Ken’s help, for a regional transfer station and office campus into the Village of Mount Prospect. In each legal matter that he undertakes, Ken Kubiesa provides big firm expertise but treats each client with small firm attentiveness and charges only reasonable legal fees. The Law Firm is located at the Butterfield Exchange building at 340 W. Butterfield Rd., Suite 4B, Elmhurst IL 60126. Our new location is conveniently located just East of Route 83 and west of Spring road on the south side of Butterfield Road next to the Community Bank of Elmhurst.
