David is an associate attorney in the law firm of Kubiesa, Spiroff, Gosselar & Acker, P.C. A native of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, David served four years on active duty in the United States Navy before earning his bachelor's degree (B.A.) in political science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and his law degree (J.D.) from Loyola University Chicago.
David handles a broad range of issues including corporate and litigation matters for local units of government, municipal prosecutions, and collections. During law school, he was a law clerk for Wolf & Tennant, P.C. where he gained experience in civil litigation, municipal law, estate planning, corporate and business representation, and estate planning. He also drafted a brief to the Illinois Supreme Court in a wrongful death case involving corporate tort liability. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
