He has practiced law in the western suburbs of Chicago for over 32 years.
Harlan Spiroff is Village Attorney for Wayne and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Elmhurst. He truly appreciates the daily functions and legal intricacies of municipal government as he spent more than a decade as a village manager. Harlan also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration in addition to his law degree.

Barbara Gosselar has served as Village Attorney for the Village of Downers Grove and currently represents various Illinois park districts. In her practice, she regularly deals with employee and personnel situations regarding highly technical and sensitive employment issues for our local government and corporate clients.
Andrew Y. Acker is a member of the Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois and has litigated cases in all the counties and courts in northern Illinois. He is a native of Sharon, Pennsylvania and comes from a family of lawyers. Andrew first worked as a research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals in Detroit before taking a position as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Tom M. Lytton, of the Illinois Appellate Court, Third District, Moline, Illinois. Andrew has since worked in DuPage County practicing civil litigation in a variety of areas including personal injury, breach of contract, employment and real estate litigation. Andrew's present practice areas focus on municipal defense litigation, eminent domain and civil rights litigation.
Antonio DeBlasio focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of civil and business litigation matters. Upon graduating from The John Marshall Law School cum laude, Mr. DeBlasio joined the national law firm of Gardner Carton & Douglas LLP in Chicago where he practiced as a partner from 2002 through 2006. Born in Oak Park, Illinois, Mr. DeBlasio attended Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst, Illinois, and thereafter attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Throughout his career, Mr. DeBlasio has represented a diverse array of clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and mediations throughout the United States, including, hospitals, HMOs, physician groups, real estate developers, financial and educational institutions, manufacturers and distributors, as well as consulting, telecommunications, biotechnology and computer software companies. Currently he represents the Illinois Board of Education and is a Special Assistant Illinois Attorney General for litigation.

Adams serves as counsel to the firm for worker's compensation cases, Margaret M. O'Connell for local government prosecution and Robert H. Wier for estate planning and litigation matters. Mia McPherson is a former DuPage County public defender who is the Elmhurst City Prosecutor and prosecutes DUI cases for the firm's municipal clients. David Gower handles a broad range of matters including municipal prosecutions, general local government representation, civil litigation, and collections.
